Expanded Lunch Menu

The grill will be open from 11-3 daily.

We are expanding our lunch menu options to include burgers on the griddle and fried items.  The menu will include

  • Burgers
  • Chicken strips
  • Fries
  • Onion rings
  • as well as the regular menu items.

Donations, In Memormiam, or Advertising on the Course

There have been a few requests for a way to advertise a business on the course, have an "In Memory of", or just "Donated by".  The club is in need of new ball washers on the course and we have come up with a way to make plaques on the ball washers to accommodate these requests.

If you are interested in sponsoring a new ball washer, flyers are available in the clubhouse.

Seeding Bermuda

We will be seeding Bermuda in the fairways and tee boxes the week of June 9.  The process will take a few years to come together, but we hope it is a long term success for the club.

June 3-Person

Our next tournament is the 3-person on June 7-8.  An entry form/flyer is available in the clubhouse, or you can sign up online and rent a cart HERE.

Swimming Pool Opening

The pool will be open tomorrow, May 28, just in time for the warm temperatures.  The pool rules are the same as previous years and can be reviewed here > Pool Rules.

This Summer at Spring Creek Golf Club

There are lots of exciting things happening at the club this month and this summer.  This Saturday is the Rib Cook Off, there is still time to sign up and the winners will be announced at 6pm.  The pool opening process has been started and we hope to have it ready for swimmers in the next week.

We are gearing up the kitchen in order to provide a more extensive menu during the lunch hour and early afternoons this summer.  We are looking for some high school/college youth that might want a summer job to assist.  The hours would be about 11-3.  If you know anyone interested let Gene know or reply to this email.

Leagues are in full swing with Ladies on Tuesday, Men on Wednesday, and Mixed on Thursday.  All start at 5:30.  Next Wednesday the 21st there will be a steak dinner after Mens league.

Bar Relocation

The bar was officially moved to its new location yesterday. It will still be a work in progress for the next week or two, but is looking great. Gene has done an outstanding job with the remodel. If you get a chance, stop in sometime soon and look it over.

USGA Handicap Available

This past week the Missouri Golf Association scored our course for the purpose of providing a slope and making the course available for members to obtain official USGA handicaps.  There is a form attached or available in the clubhouse if you would like to sign up for the service.  It is $25 a year per person.  Once you fill out the form you will receive an email in a day or two which will provide the information necessary to set up your account.  You can record your scores online or they also have the GHIN app available for all types of phones.  Hopefully several will take advantage of this service and we can use handicaps in our leagues and tournaments at some point in the future.
